JELD-WEN, one of the UK’s leading timber window manufacturers, has released an exciting new brochure featuring the very latest window and patio door styles, which are designed to enhance the home and create light, airy interiors.

New to the brochure this year is JELD-WEN’s Stormsure Conservation window. The window combines traditional styling with U values as low as 1.0W/m2K and provides an affordable solution to bespoke joinery requirements. It is perfect for heritage-style properties, including use in conservation areas, where timber frames may be required by planning authorities.

The Stormsure Conservation window means that owners of period properties or country cottages can enjoy 21st Century comforts, combined with stunning aesthetics.

An exciting new French door has been added to JELD-WEN’s Oakfold patio range, which is set to enhance the popularity of the range and further extend the options for adding natural light to a home. The new French doorset complements the Oakfold folding sliding patio doors range, creating an attractive, uniform look throughout a property. This stylish doorset is supplied in a 44mm engineered oak veneered design, which is available in an attractive golden oak stain, or unfinished to suit buyers’ tastes.

Where a premium oak patio door is required to increase a home’s value and provide a more distinctive appearance, the brochure also features JELD-WEN’s popular stylish Oak Canberra patio range. This includes the premium solid oak laminated folding sliding patio door renowned for its smooth sliding operation and ability to ‘bring the outside in’, extending the living space into the garden.

The new brochure also features JELD-WEN’s extensive range of popular styles, from classic styles, like sliding sash, through to innovative designs that offer very high thermal performance, such as the DreamVu™ windows and doorsets.

Joanne Garside, Product Manager at JELD-WEN, explains: “Our new catalogue gives full details of exciting new designs alongside our existing popular ranges, and includes high quality photography to help customers to visualise how they look in the home.  Windows and patio doors play a huge part in enhancing the look and feel of a property, both externally and internally and this catalogue just goes to show what can be achieved!”

Joanne Garside adds: “Our new catalogue really does have something for everyone, whether it is attractive timber windows offering high levels of thermal efficiency, patio doorsets that help homeowners to make the most of light and living space, or external doors that provide energy efficiency and security benefits - there is something to suit all tastes and budgets.”

Buyers can also customise their home with a wide range of RAL colours available with JELD-WEN’s hi build factory finishes, which also enhance performance and prolong the lifespan of the windows.

Also found in the brochure are details of JELD-WEN’s Lifespan™ Guarantee, which is available as an option and provides a 60 year guarantee against rot and fungal attack on softwood windows – a feature that is unique in the joinery industry.

The brochure also demonstrates the various U values that can be achieved across the range and JELD-WEN’s commitment to environmental stewardship, with many of its ranges available with full chain of custody certification.
